Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website, and add any items you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment via PayPal. If you are shopping from outside the UK or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard, Maestro and Switch.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling Unframed prints are sent, carefully rolled inside a transportation tube and fully insured. The print will be delivered by a carrier, who will require a signature in order to complete delivery.

All prints are insured during transportation.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order within 7 working days. International orders are generally received in under 10 days.

Tax Charges All orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed on our website, you will be taken to PayPal to process your payment. Your credit card details are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee All prints are as stated and are limited editions of the work of John Chancellor. Every effort is made to ensure that frames shown on the website will be available at the time of order. However, Chancellor Maritime Prints reserves the right to substitute another frame as close a match as possible if the original is out of stock or discontinued.

We have made every effort to represent the prints in their true colours, but unfortunately each computer is set up differently and your monitor may perceive the colours differently. We reserve the right to refuse to give a refund due to the fact that the colour is different to the website.

We believe that our prices are correct but if we have made an error we reserve the right to refuse a sale. If part of these terms is found to be unlawful, it shall not affect the validity of the remainder. Errors and omissions excepted.
